Lindsay Jacobs developed her deep understanding of state public policy through previous roles with Connecticut’s largest municipal trade association and in city government. She has worked on several campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels, giving her a strong knowledge of the interconnection between policy and politics. Lindsay holds a BA in International Studies and a minor in History from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
